One of the better gelato shops. Their Oreo was excellent. Their hazelnut was okay but light on sugar. Good price 5 euroes for 2 scoops and water is 1.50. Would go again.
I have to say, it is the best gelato I have ever had in Florence. I especially recommend flavor of mango. It tastes exactly like fresh mango. To be honest, all flavors are all pretty good. I visited this shop three times in one day.
We were greeted by a super friendly staff member who happily allowed us samples of several flavours to try. The prices were very reasonable, and the portions were generous. He even pointed out a little outdoor spot where we could sit and enjoy. The lavender cream and melon flavours were absolutely delicious! I went with lavender and vanilla, while my partner had melon and mango — both perfect choices! 🍨✨️

Great, friendly service. We came in May and they recognized us again. They have wonderful Italian ice cream. Definitely the best in Florence.

I stumbled upon Bella Italia Ice Cream today while walking by and noticed a long line of people waiting. Out of curiosity, I joined the queue—and I’m so glad I did! Amazing gelato and wonderful service! We ended up ordering more after finishing our cones because it was so good! The two men working were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the gelato was our favorite that we’ve had in Florence so far! Highly recommend this for anyone looking for high quality gelato

Beautiful gelato and beautiful people. High quality gelato and very friendly service. 1) They don't make anything else here. it's just gelato 2) There are no crazy colors here. All natural. 3) No mounds of leftover gelato. Fresh and homemade.

He even came out to help clear our empty cups when we were finished. We got caramel & hazelnut (nocciola), banana & caramel, lemon & hazelnut (odd combo my daughter chose but they were each delicious), and fig & vanilla.Best ice cream in italy with such a nice owner. Would highly recommend! So good I had to go twice!!!
I got an Affogato here. I wanted to have one before I left Florence. I saw the famous place near Santa Croce had an insane line and this place had high reviews. I went there. Didn’t have to wait at all and the Affogato was outstanding! Definitely recommend.

Gelato was AMAZING! Definetely you should try. By gf loved the one with yogurt and i loved biskoli or stg like it cant remember the name. Cornet was not that fresh tho so try other cornet or use the cup.
